How to order

Easy ordering process:

  1. Browse our candle products. If you find a personalised candle you like, click on the image, then enter information such as names or the date of the occasion in the spaces provided. We will use that information to personlise your candle. Please also select "Standard" or "Priority" order (for more details see bottom of this page)
  2. Click "Add to Cart" to add your candle to your shopping cart
  3. Either click "Continue shopping" to browse for more candle designs or click "Continue" to purchase your candle
  4. Next, enter your address details
  5. Click "Get Shipping Rates" to continue
  6. Click "Next" and you will be prompted to select your payment method, either Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.  Tick "You agree with our Terms and Conditions" and click "Purchase" if you're ready to purchase your personalised candle.  If you have selected credit card as payment method, follow the prompts. For any other payment options, check your emails, as you will be sent a confirmation email with payment instructions. 

Important Note: Please be aware that we can only start work on your candle once we have received payment. If you pay by cheque or money order, please be aware that it can take up to 5 working days until cheque/money order is cleared. Please choose a different payment method if you prefer a faster process.

Custom Design - Ordering Process

If you would like to order a custom design, please contact us and we will be in touch to find out what candle design and colours you would like. We will also provide you with a quote. Once you have confirmed the design, we will send payment instructions and an invoice. Again, please be aware that we can only commence work once we have received full payment.

Payment Options

We accept Credit Card (paypal), Direct Deposit, Money Order or Cheque.

How long does it take?

Standard Orders: Please keep in mind that we start counting from the day we receive your payment.

2. Custom Designs & Unity Sets up to 10 working days

 

 

 

Overnight Service / Express Order: Please keep in mind that we start counting from the day we receive your payment.
We will drop everything else and your order will get full priority. A fee of $20 applies.

2. Custom Designs & Unity Sets Express Service - 7 working days

 

 

 

Exception Funeral Candles: Loosing a loved one is hard enough, so we would like to make the ordering process of your personalised funeral candle as easy as possible. We will always try to send out candles for funerals as soon as possible, often overnight. We DO NOT charge Overnight fees in that case. Please contact us for urgent orders and we'll be in touch to make sure you receive your candle as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently send our candles by Express Post (Australia Post) to avoid long transit times. Candles are delicate items and it is best to reduce the shipping time to a minimum. We charge between $8 - $12 for express post delivery (Australia-wide) depending on the weight of the candle(s). Exact shipping costs are listed with each candle on this website. According to Australia Post, your item should be delivered the next business day if your postcode is within the Express Post network, if not, delivery will take somewhat longer. Our Valentine & Love Candles are shipped via Standard Post and we charge $6.

Combined Shipping Costs

We happily offer to combine shipping costs, if you purchase more than 1 candle, which means you only pay $12 once and we send your personalised candles in one parcel (very large and heavy orders might incur more than $12 shipping costs). If you want us to combine shipping costs, please contact us BEFORE you put your order through! We will send you an email with the combined shipping costs, total amount payable and payment instructions.

Packaging

Your personalised candle will be packaged with great care. The candle is wrapped first in tissue paper, then in bubble wrap. It will be shipped in a sturdy Mailing Box and any space will be cushioned with newspaper. So far, there has been no problems with shipping our candles, however, we cannot take any responsibility for any poor handling by Australia Post which may cause any damage to your personalised candle.
